Lost or Stolen Card Information
If your Service 1 FCU debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at (231) 739.5068 during regular business hours. Outside of business hours and on weekends, dial (866) 333.4740.

CU*TALK Telephone Banking
Access your account anytime, day or night, using this convenient and easy-to-use system! To activate CU*Talk, contact our Member Service Center at (800) 879-9697.
Accessing your account is easy:
- Dial toll-free (866) 398-1930
- Choose your language preference: press "1" for English, select "2" for Spanish
- Enter your Service 1 FCU account number, then press the "#" sign
- Enter your PIN,* then press the "#" sign
1 — Account inquiries, including balances and history
2 — Perform financial transactions, including transfers within your account
3 — Hear current Service 1 FCU rates or calculate estimated loan payments
4 — Change your PIN
5 — Change to a different member number
6 — Other Service 1 FCU services, including locations and hours
8 — Repeat this menu
9 — End the call
0 — Hear the tutorial
(press * when done with the tutorial to hear the menu again)
*Your PIN will be assigned to you upon activation by a Member Service Representative. It's recommended that you change your PIN upon initial access to CU*Talk; you're encouraged to change it frequently to reduce the likelihood of fraud attempts. If you forget your PIN, please contact the Member Service Center.
Text Banking
Text Banking is free* for all Service 1 FCU account holders. The following are text banking command examples and their responses. You can also access a list of these commands via a link in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process. These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).

BAL 000 | Balance for Regular Savings |
BAL 001 or 002 | Balance for Checking |
BAL 011 or 012 | Balance for Special Savings |
BAL 020 | Balance for Christmas Club |

BAL 860 or 870 | Balance for Visa Credit |
STOP | Turns off all text banking |
HELP | The Member Service number |
Get Started
Enroll in Text Banking using the mobile app "More" tab, or in It'sMe247 Online Banking under “Go Mobile” and select Text Banking to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247). For assistance with Text Banking enrollment, view the helpful video tutorial below.
One-Way Text Alerts
You can set up one-way text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:
- Account Balance
- Notification of an ACH Deposit or Withdrawal
- Notification that a Loan Payment is due
- E-statement notification
