Neosho, MO (full-time)—Service 1 FCU is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to direct and coordinate the daily flow and activity of the branch as Member Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities include providing excellent service to members in the areas of account transactions, loan applications, new memberships, and problem solving within established policies and guidelines. The Member Service Coordinator will assist members and prospective members in understanding and utilizing Service 1 FCU products and services, and will support the Branch Manager in creating and maintaining a mission-driven culture. Successful applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, hands-on, and have the ability to lead and make independent judgments and decisions. Previous supervisory experience and advanced education preferred.
Muskegon, MI (part-time)—Service 1 FCU is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Specialist. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be highly personable, possess strong communication and problem solving skills, and be able to work in individual and team settings.
Essential functions include assisting the VP of Marketing with development and implementation of the overall marketing plan; demonstrating proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud for the design and implementation of marketing materials; conducting market research; utilizing basic Windows-based software such as Microsoft Office; assisting with development, implementation, and analysis of marketing promotions and events; and production bid coordination. Copywriting and editing experience a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements:
